We want you to love your Get Back pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
